Project Overview
For SGS Thailand, I shaped the end-to-end product experience for LAW CONNECT—a new digital compliance platform designed to turn fragmented legal research into a fast, traceable workflow. The work connected discovery, information architecture, design direction, customer-facing search, and internal content operations.

Challenge
Compliance officers lose time navigating fragmented regulatory sources, translating legal language, and proving that AI-assisted answers are trustworthy. SGS also needed an operating model that could keep a large legal corpus accurate, multilingual, and auditable.
Fragmented legal discovery
Trust in AI guidance
Fast summaries only create value when every answer can be traced to the exact clause in an authoritative source.
Multilingual compliance
Thai, English, and Chinese users need consistent terminology and readable summaries without losing legal precision.

Research & Insights
RFP analysis, stakeholder workshops, competitive review, and workflow mapping showed that verification and recency matter as much as speed. The strongest experience connects an alert, a focused search, a cited summary, and a saved organizational record in one continuous journey.
Personas
The primary user is a compliance officer responsible for monitoring regulatory change, interpreting Thai law, and documenting decisions for colleagues and auditors. Secondary users include organization admins, SGS editors, approvers, and commercial teams.

Strategy & Concept
I built the experience around a single golden thread: discover a change, understand its impact, verify the clause, save the finding, and report usage. Customer and internal tools share one visual language while emphasizing the controls each role needs.
Clause-level regulatory search
Search by law title, article number, keyword, category, language, and jurisdiction, with direct access to the supporting source.
Multilingual AI summaries
Plain-language Thai, English, and Chinese explanations pair impact guidance with traceable citations.
Compliance alerts and libraries
Users follow topics, receive targeted updates, and save verified findings to a shared organizational knowledge base.
Governed CMS and analytics
Editors and approvers manage ingestion, review, publishing, audit trails, subscriber activity, and commercial performance.

Design Outcome
The final direction is a dual-surface product system: a focused customer portal for regulatory intelligence and a structured admin workspace for content governance. A navy, white, and gold palette expresses institutional trust while keeping dense legal information readable.

Key Takeaways
Trust comes from traceability, not visual polish alone. Designing customer search and internal publishing as one system made accuracy, governance, and speed reinforce each other instead of competing.
