Project Overview

The project translated the idea of a bridge into both the logo and the way the store communicates. I designed the visual system, then applied it to four-language shopping guidance, bilingual marketplace listings, authenticity cues, and delivery campaigns so the brand could stay consistent at every buying touchpoint.

Challenge

Cross-border shopping depends on trust. Customers need to know products are authentic, understand delivery times and pre-order conditions, and read policies in their own language. The system had to communicate all of that without making the brand feel bureaucratic.

● AUTHENTICITY NEEDED PROOF

Customers needed clear signals that products were genuine and sourced directly from Korea.

● CROSS-BORDER RULES WERE DENSE

Delivery windows, address accuracy, returns, and damage claims had to be understood before checkout.

● MULTILINGUAL CONTENT COULD DRIFT

Thai, English, Korean, and Vietnamese communication needed one hierarchy and recognizable visual system.

Research & Insights

I reviewed the end-to-end marketplace journey and grouped information by customer decision: authenticity, product details, delivery, payment, and after-sales rules. The research showed that localization required more than translation; every language needed the same order, emphasis, and trust cues.

Personas

The primary audience was a Thailand-based shopper looking for authentic Korean beauty and lifestyle products at an accessible price. The operational audience needed templates that could be adapted across languages and marketplace formats without redesigning every listing.

Strategy & Concept

Use the bridge as the core idea: a simple wordmark joins ‘da’ and ‘ri’, while a calm blue palette and generous white space make policies and product content easier to trust. Build modular templates so the identity remains consistent from brand guide to Shopee campaign.

● BRIDGE-LED IDENTITY

The wordmark turns the space between two markets into the central visual idea of the brand.

● FOUR-LANGUAGE SHOPPING GUIDE

Thai, English, Korean, and Vietnamese policies share one hierarchy for authenticity, delivery, and returns.

● BILINGUAL LISTING SYSTEM

English and Thai product templates keep imagery, authenticity, and fast-delivery cues consistent.

● MARKETPLACE CAMPAIGN KIT

Reusable banners carry the same brand into seasonal delivery and platform-specific promotions.

Design Outcome

Dari Market gained a reusable commerce identity that could move from logo guidance to operational customer communication. The system aligned product listings, policies, authenticity cues, and marketplace banners without losing the light, lifestyle-focused character of the brand.

Key Takeaways

In cross-border commerce, clarity is a brand asset. A consistent hierarchy across languages can make logistics and policy content feel as considered as the visual identity.
